Regular store hours are Monday through Friday, 9am - 4pm. Additional hours vary by occasion and season.

Standard orders placed by 12:00pm during business days will be delivered/shipped the same business day. All other orders will be delivered/shipped the following business day unless otherwise specified.

If you would like your order delivered on a specific day, please notate that on your order.

We ship nationwide via FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground delivers Monday through Friday, and Saturdays in some areas. Should you require a faster shipping method, please call for quotes.

Orders placed online are fulfilled with an assortment of cookies. If you would like specific flavors only, please specify that when placing your order.

Photo cookies and cut out cookies need to be ordered in advance due to the special process of creating them. Please allow one to two weeks, or call us to arrange your date.
